Rupinder is founding director and company secretary of Dezeen.

Rupinder is a modern languages and European studies graduate with a background in television documentaries. She has worked for the BBC and independent production companies including October Films and Windfall Films working as a production manager on many award-winning documentaries.

Rupinder is responsible for HR at Dezeen and oversees the management of the Dezeen office.
